Foodservice equipment manufacturers that consistently outperform other in their cateogory have been recognized with the prestigous Overall Best in Class Award. This year, and for the ninth consecutive year, Lincoln has been named the 2009 Overall Best in Class winner in the Conveyor Ovens category. FE&S conducted the study by analyzing over 1,000 surveys completed by their subscribers. Survey participants identified operator satisfaction, quality of products, support, and responsiveness by the companies as the most important factors for Best in Class ratings.
